As one of the busiest terminals in MCO, Terminal A caters to several domestic and international carriers, and Frontier has a prominent presence here with frequent flights to major cities across the U.S. Upon arrival at Terminal A, passengers will find Frontier’s check-in counters on the Level 3 Departures area, where both staffed stations and self-service kiosks are available. The check-in process is typically quick and efficient, especially for travelers who check in online or via the mobile app. However, it's important to arrive early—at least two hours prior to departure—as queues can grow during peak travel times, especially during holidays and weekends. Once checked in, passengers proceed to security screening, which is managed by TSA and can be moderately busy depending on the time of day. TSA PreCheck lanes are available for those enrolled in the program, expediting the screening process.
